Hawk Migration at McKeon Farm (Canceled)

Join Woodcock Nature Center staff and Ridgefield Conservation Commission members in learning about and watching for migrating hawks! We will gather at Ridgefield’s McKeon Farm Open Space and look to the skies with scopes and binoculars to see if we can observe any raptors making their fascinating seasonal journeys. Whether or not we have a good chance to observe birds in the sky will depend on weather and wind conditions, but either way we will explore the gorgeous McKeon Farm preserve together and learn about our native hawk species.
